airwerk GmbH has implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 for the continuous improvement of the quality of its products, services and overall customer satisfaction. Our QM system is subject to continuous further development and its effectiveness is reviewed on a regular basis. The company management reviews the development of the QM system regularly and provides the necessary resources to ensure its improvement.
airwerk management has defined, documented and distributed a company quality policy as a guide for employees in their daily business. The defined company quality policy outlines specific, measurable and achievable goals. These goals are then discussed and agreed upon in target and planning meetings with the responsible employees to ensure that the necessary resources and means are available for the achievement of the defined goals. The achievement of the defined goals is reviewed and analysed after pre-defined time periods and, should it prove necessary, corrective measures will be taken.
All rules regarding the quality management system are documented in the quality management manual, which provides a description of the quality management system, in the process descriptions and in the work instructions or method statements.
